Contract | Nights (3x12 or 4x12, 18:30–07:00) | Onsite | Rotating Weekends & Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work night shift hours (18:30–07:00) on a 36/36 or 36/48 schedule with rotating weekends and holidays
• Float to other units as required based on census and staffing needs
• Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside the provision of direct patient care
• Complete required orientation modules (approximately 4–5 hours, non-billable) and online CBLs during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• AHA BLS certification required (AHA is the only accepted form; no substitutions)
• AHA ACLS certification required (AHA is the only accepted form; no substitutions)
• Must complete Relias EKG testing within 72 hours of signing; two attempts allowed — failure of both results in automatic cancellation
• Must be available to complete drug testing within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date, with availability for a potential second lab visit if needed
• Facial hair must be trimmed or removed to meet CDC guidelines for fit testing; refusal may result in cancellation
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility's service area to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIHSS certification preferred
• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Experience supporting nursing students or participating in clinical education programs
