Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Direct Hire) - $DOE

Join a reliable, growing manufacturing team!
We're seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep production equipment running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on motors, pumps, conveyors, and industrial machinery.
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Read blueprints and schematics to identify and fix issues quickly.
Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output goals safely.
Maintain detailed service logs and parts inventory.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed.
