Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting
• Assist surgical team during cardiovascular and open-heart procedures
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition throughout surgical cases
• Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior experience in a cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) setting
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with open-heart and complex cardiovascular surgical procedures
• ACLS certification
• Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and equipment
