Warehouse Associate

Mattress Firm is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing team in the retail mattress industry. In this on-site role, you’ll unload and receive shipments, pick and pack orders, maintain accurate inventory, and help prepare products for delivery to stores and customers. You’ll keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized while following proper lifting and safety procedures. Working closely with sales and delivery teams, you’ll ensure orders are accurate, on time, and meet our high customer-service standards in a supportive, collaborative culture.
