Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater/Packager to prepare, coat, and package metal and other materials to high-quality standards. Ideal candidates have experience in powder coating, surface preparation, and packaging to ensure durable, professional finishes

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Apply powder coatings using spray guns and ensure proper curing.
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects.
• Package coated products securely for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on coating equipment.
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Qualifications

• 6+ months Powder coating/ Paint line experience
• Knowledge of air less spray and paint systems and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to operate coating equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 55lbs (20 lbs consistently)
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Strict adherence to schedules and attendance

Preferred Skills

- Quality control certification

- Lean manufacturing knowledge

- Basic math skills

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
