Key Responsibilities\n \n Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions focused on connecting clients through shared experiences and collective learning. \n Conduct Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized, empathetic counseling to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing tailored coping strategies and action plans. \n Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences. \n Monitor Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track clients’ progress, documenting their development and adapting treatment as necessary. \n Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and consult on complex client cases, ensuring holistic treatment approaches. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our primary focus includes young adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
