- As a member of the Park & Grove team, you will set the stage and have a direct impact on each guests experience. We will provide you with all the training and tools necessary for you to be successful. We take great pride in recognizing that members of our team strive to do the very best each and every day. Our values, standards and goals can only be maintained by people that share in these same beliefs.
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Moving reservations around to seat servers sections evenly trying to follow the rotation when possible
- Guiding guests to their table and letting them know who their server will be
- Keeping Resy up to date with the course each table is on so you can properly plot future reservations
- Using the waitlist effectively
- Checking on the bathrooms during the shift to make sure they are clean and stocked properly
- Communication with service staff and managers about any issues with tables or guests
- Answering the phone for reservations, to go orders, guest questions
- Being at the host stand to thank guests for coming and dining and wishing them a good night
