New Jersey – Junior Litigation Associate The rapidly growing New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join our team. Ideal candidates will bring a desire to grow their practice under the mentorship of seasoned attorneys while taking on meaningful, client‑facing work immediately. About the Role Qualified candidates will have experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution, including: Drafting and responding to pleadings Managing written and electronic discovery, including e‑discovery strategy Drafting and arguing dispositive and non‑dispositive motions Taking and defending depositions Participating in mediations While prior employment law experience is preferred, we are equally interested in litigators from other defense‑side complex litigation practices who demonstrate a strong interest in developing an employment law practice and contributing to firm growth.
