The focus of the Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) is to clinically sell to maximize the da Vinci® Surgical System's utilization in the Cedar Rapids territory.Essential Job Duties (Specific responsibilities and tasks an individual would be expected to perform in the role. Additional job duties may be determined by functional people manager)Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilizationMentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci® Surgery applicationsBe a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialtiesSupport regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoptionDevelop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervisedDrive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLsDrive the sales of instruments and accessoriesMentor new team members to become high performance members of the clinical sales teamResponsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)A minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as neededRequired Education and Training (As applicable - Specific education and training that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)Bachelor's degree requiredWorking Conditions (As applicable - Any physical requirements for the job.
