Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure project success
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project

Required Skills:

• Experience with metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and industrial construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Prolog and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00

Maximum Salary: $120,000.00
