Live-In Caregiver (7 Day Rotation) BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Caregivers who are willing to travel to serve clients throughout Washington County and St. Croix County. This position provides one-on-one in-home care, supporting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personalized attention. Premium Short Shift Pay: 1-hour shifts: $28/hour 2-hour shifts: $23/hour 3+ hour shifts: $20/hour Live-In Care: Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off Average daily rate $228 per day, time and half for anything beyond 40 hours in one week Daily meal stipend $15.71 Responsibilities Provide companionship and meaningful conversation. Assist with daily activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands). Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfers. Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation. Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior. Communicate with the RN Case Manager regarding updates to the plan of care.
