You will exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with other installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory managers, and sales managers, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals. **Job Responsibilities:*** Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.* Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.* Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.* Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.* Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.**Qualifications:*** Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.* Proficiency in working with various tools and diagnostic equipment.* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.**Why Join Us?*** **Competitive Salary:** We offer a salary range that reflects your experience and skills.* **Benefits:** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision as well as 100% employer-paid short/long term disability, and AD&D insurance.
