ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with about five years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, Strategic Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Enterprise Architecture or Application Portfolio Management, CSDM, ITSM, service modeling, process design, and stakeholder facilitation.
• We prefer practical experience designing intake workflows, demand lifecycles, review boards, approval and decision tracking, dashboards, business application and service instance modeling, and governance processes that minimize unnecessary customization while supporting auditability, reporting, and operational adoption.

• We need you to assess our current ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture and CSDM setup, including Business Applications, Business Capabilities, Service Instances, Technical Services, and related data structures.
• We need you to design and document an end-to-end intake process for new technology and service requests using ServiceNow Demand Management.
• We need you to define the intake data required, review workflows, decision points, approvals, stakeholder ownership, and the demand lifecycle.
• We need you to support Architecture Review Board activities by setting technical review criteria, routing, prioritization, risk assessment, reuse analysis, and demand disposition practices.
• We need you to recommend enhancements for dashboards, reporting, decision records, demand tasks, stakeholder tracking, and ServiceNow data relationships.
• We need you to perform scenario testing, support UAT, transfer knowledge, and produce process documentation.
