Floyd's 99 Barbershop is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to help keep our shop running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to every guest who walks through the door. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable balancing customer interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks throughout the day. Compensation & Perks Pay: $17.00 per hour Scheduling Requirements: Availability for a flexible schedule is important, including evenings and weekends when customer demand is highest. What You'll Bring At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or a related industry Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone Team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help others Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information professionally Availability to work evenings, weekends, and other business-need shifts What You'll Do As the first point of contact for guests, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience and supporting daily shop operations.
