Staff Frontend Engineer Location: New York City (Hybrid) Pay: $180k - $225k Base + Bonus & Equity About the Opportunity A rapidly growing, venture-backed technology company within the travel industry is seeking a Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer to help build and scale its core platform. The organization is transforming a large, established market through a combination of modern technology, data-driven solutions, and a strong community-focused approach. This individual will play a key role in developing customer-facing products, internal tools, and platform integrations while partnering closely with Product and Design teams . Responsibilities Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define, prioritize, and deliver key product initiatives Build and enhance a web application used for onboarding, workflow management, search functionality, booking experiences, and customer interactions Develop and maintain scalable frontend solutions for customer-facing and internal platforms Collaborate with backend engineers to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions Own projects throughout the full development lifecycle, from architecture through deployment Contribute to frontend best practices, code quality, and application performance Develop integrations with third-party platforms and external systems Help shape the overall user experience through close collaboration with cross-functional teams Must Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 5+ years of frontend web development experience 3+ years of professional experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular Experience building stateful and event-driven web applications Harnham
