Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our benefits administration for a 5,000+ employee, multi-site organization. If you're detail-oriented with expertise in HR systems and compliance, this is the opportunity for you! Key Qualifications HRIS Expertise : Strong proficiency in UKG (required) and PlanSource; experience with data audits and system optimization. Advanced MS Excel Skills : Skilled with VLOOKUPs and other functions for data auditing and reconciliation. Benefits Compliance Knowledge : In-depth understanding of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and CFRA regulations. Multi-Site Experience : Proven ability to support complex, large-scale organizations across multiple sites (highly preferred). Attention to Detail : Critical for correcting data integrity issues - missing LOA information, HSA discrepancies, benefit errors, and coverage tier mismatches. Adaptability in High-Pressure Settings : Thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy.
