Server Position at Schlittz & Giggles

You are passionate about food and dining and share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural people person with an eye for the details, you are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

A server at Schlittz & Giggles will work directly with customers by taking and serving orders. You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their dining experience with us by taking and serving food and drink orders and attending to their needs while dining with us.

Founded in 2007, Schlittz & Giggles strives to stay true to our motto – SILLY NAME, SERIOUS PIZZA! With a fun and unique name, we work hard to provide a fun, family-friendly environment to serve some of the best pizza in Baton Rouge. With two locations currently, we are working to build a strong team of pizza enthusiasts to help grow our brand into a franchise model. We offer flexible scheduling, don't require experience and value individuality for creating a work environment full of unique individuals.

The main objective of our server position is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their dining experience by providing them with fast, friendly service while introducing them to the items that are unique to our brand. Our customer's interaction with their server will directly impact their experience and thus it is important that the customer feel that they are of utmost importance and experience no issues.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers
Have a great knowledge of the menu(s)
Sell items to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction
Take orders
Communicate efficiently with kitchen, management, and other team members
Clean area you are responsible for after customer(s) leave
Pre-shift and post-shift side work
