BC/BE Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
Our Facility in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician. Join a premier provider network offering unmatched schedule flexibility and academic opportunities. Position highlights include:
Outpatient only schedule with highly flexible and customizable hours to fit your lifestyle. Patient volume is 22-28 patients per full clinic day (adult and pediatric mix). Full hospitalist service is available for all admissions. Weekday call responsibility is limited to your own patient panel (phone triage only). Weekend call is exceptionally light, averaging only 2 weekends per year. Routine nursery rounding (screens and circumcisions) is preferred for call group alignment. Optional teaching opportunities include mentoring and training residents as faculty with our Family Medicine Residency Program.
A comprehensive compensation package will be offered and may include salary plus incentive (based on MGMA guidelines), commencement bonus, medical education debt repayment, CME, relocation, health, life and retirement, residency stipend, quality incentive bonus, and mid-level supervision compensation.
About the Hospital: Our Facility is a 396-bed tertiary care facility in Fort Wayne serving northeastern Indiana and northwestern Ohio. Accredited by The Joint Commission, the hospital offers comprehensive services including Level II adult and pediatric trauma care, stroke care, cancer care, heart and transplant services, maternity and pediatric care, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient specialties to meet the needs of the regional community.
