As an Assistant Director of Nursing with Avir at Terrell, you will play a vital role in leading our dedicated team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee the daily operations of our nursing department. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for:

Leadership and Management: Oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our high standards and regulatory requirements.
Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to promote professional growth and development among our nurses.
Quality Improvement: Collaborate with our quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Clinical Oversight: Provide direct patient care and oversee the implementation of evidence-based protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
