He looks at Rewards, recommendations, and accomplishments they have received at their previous roles.Must have skills 8-10 years of UI/UX development experience. Manager is looking for i18n experience. This is a number one priority. Also, he is looking for JQuery and JavaScript experience. Manager will be looking at the profile to see on the different web applications they have worked on and different companies they have worked for. He looks at Rewards, recommendations, and accomplishments they have received at their previous roles.Nice to have skills Framework experience with React and Angular. Design experience with applications on photoshop and Sketch is a nice to have.
