Job Description

The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician at Chateau Lake Terrace in New Orleans, LA.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in by completing a checklist of required services and repairs
Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed
Assist in monitoring the physical condition of the community, pick up grounds and immediately report any issues
Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling
Be able to assist with maintenance on-call responsibilities
Must be dependable and have own transportation
HVAC certification in a PLUS
