Warehouse Associates Wanted
Actively seeking applicants in Olive Branch, MS! We are now hiring for warehouse associates. Pay: $15.50 per hour, 8am to 4:30pm with overtime as needed. Shifts: 1st shift only. Opportunity to convert to full time after 520 hours.
Job duties:
- Loading and unloading in a warehouse environment
- Assisting with shipping and receiving product
Job requirements:
- Reliable transportation – Must have your own consistent means of transportation.
- Employment status – Must currently be employed or have been employed within the past 6 months.
- Criminal background – No felony convictions. Misdemeanors may be considered, but violent or theft-related offenses will not be accepted.
- Aptitude testing – Must complete and pass an aptitude test with a score of 80% or higher. Results must be submitted prior to scheduling an interview.
- Work authorization – Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Professionalism – Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a presentable appearance are essential.
- Shift duration – 1st shift (AM to PM)
- Overtime – overtime is a condition of employment
- Equipment experience – RF scanner or Web RF system proficiency – Candidates should have hands-on experience using RF scanning systems or Web RF platforms.
