The Employment Practices Risk Consultant provides guidance across human resources strategy, employment law compliance, and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Insurance risk mitigation to help organizations reduce liability exposure and build a positive, compliant workplace culture. The role aligns policies and practices with business objectives, audits claims, identifies and coordinates training, and supports EPL claims and corrective actions. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
