WHAT WE'RE SEEKINGThe Director of Nursing (DON) at our Health Campuses is responsible for overseeing the health needs of our residents and managing the Nursing Services Department in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care under the direction of the Executive Director/Administrator and the Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities- Designs, develops, organizes, implements, assesses, and directs the nursing service department along with its programs and activities, adhering to current regulations and guidelines governing the Health Campus.
- Guides the clinical team with an emphasis on excellence in clinical care and customer service.
- Establishes, executes, and maintains a continuous quality assurance program for the nursing service department, implementing corrective actions for any identified issues.
- Engages in facility inspections conducted by authorized government agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
