Director of Pharmacy

Pharmacy Manager
Required Skills & Experience B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
3+ year's hospital pharmacy experience with 2+ year's supervisory or leadership experience.
Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
Other applicable state requirements – i.e. sterile compounding, etc.
BLS certification.
Knowledgeable and proficient in the legal responsibilities of the pharmacist to the facility and all state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services.
Experience working in Microsoft Office applications, Electronic Medical Record Systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
5+ year's hospital pharmacy experience.
ALS/ACLS certification. (Required if attending Code Blue).
Job Description Leads all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, medication safety, clinical quality, and operational efficiency. Oversees pharmacy staff, departmental policies, quality initiatives, formulary management, and strategic planning. Provides leadership, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support optimal patient care and organizational goals.
