Lead Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

• As a Sales Associate, your primary focus will be customer engagement, consultative selling, and client support.
• Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service and sales support
• Meet and exceed weekly sales goals and performance metrics
• Generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
• Present products and services clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through enrollment and follow-up
• Handle customer questions, objections, and service concerns with professionalism
• Complete post-enrollment documentation and maintain accurate reporting
• Stay informed on current promotions, product offerings, and service updates
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or promotions preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer support abilities
• Experience with CRM systems or sales platforms is a plus
