Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Representative / Intro to Sales Our customer is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can also sell products to existing customers. This position is located in Clive. This is a temp-to-hire role. Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00 Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Tuesdays 7:00am-5:00pm) Duties: Answer incoming calls and assisting customers with understanding their accounts and processing requests. Assist the collection managers with transfers, rewrites, repos, refused returns, letters and other paperwork. Enter contracts into computer system. Assist with closing accounts, process deferrals & extensions and ending contracts. Filing & sorting. Preparing UCC paperwork. Requirements: Ability to “sell” equipment to customer base. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, 10 key and phone operations (APAK exp preferred but can be learned). Type 35 to 40 words a minute. Solid communication, phone skills. 2+ years Customer Service experience is important (handling difficult customers). Ability to multitask, problem solve.
