CRNA - Riverside Doctors Hospital Williamsburg - Full Time

Position Overview Riverside Doctors’ Hospital Williamsburg is a short-term acute care facility located in Historic Williamsburg, VA, with 33 medical and surgical rooms, 40 licensed private rooms, and seven intensive care rooms. The facility serves the local community and offers a patient-centered focus on a 25-acre campus. Responsibilities Pre‑anesthesia assessment Obtain and/or verify patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitor patient’s physiological condition Perform clinical interventions as needed Qualifications Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Schedule 3 weeks on and 1 week off (13 weeks off) No nights, no call, and no weekends Benefits and Compensation Base salary: $275,000 Sign‑on incentive: $75,000 Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts 401(k) with profit‑sharing Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage Leadership and professional development opportunities About the Facility Certified Primary Stroke Center NICHE Exemplar Status Nursing Pathway to Excellence designation Location Historic Williamsburg, VA – a city rich in colonial history, centrally located in Eastern Virginia and within proximity to Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Richmond.
