The Role

Key Accountabilities
What you'll do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across multiple functions and levels.
• Ensure timely delivery against hiring targets and service level agreements (SLAs)Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent communities.

Skills & Requirements

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is in the US USD$61k to 81k and in Canada $61k to 80k CAD plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
