Duties and Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a family medicine residency from an accredited program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active North Carolina medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
