Job Title

Obstetrics / Labor & Delivery RN – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an obstetrics and labor & delivery setting during night shift hours
• Monitor fetal heart rates and interpret findings in accordance with intermediate fetal monitoring standards
• Assist with labor support, delivery, and immediate postpartum care for patients and newborns
• Perform neonatal resuscitation as needed in accordance with NRP advanced provider guidelines
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe outcomes for perinatal patients
• Adhere to stabilization protocols for at-risk newborns per STABLE program standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — may be obtained upon hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP) certification
• AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a perinatal RN

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
