Excavator/Dozer Operator

Job Title: GPS Dozer/Excavator Operator

Pay: $27-$30/hr

Location: Charlotte, NC

 Overtime Available

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers and excavators to fine grade building pads.
• Perform labor tasks as required, including shovel work.
• Assist on the road and curb crew as needed.
• Utilize off-road and roller equipment as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of construction experience operating heavy equipment.
• Experience with bulldozers, excavators, and other heavy machinery.
• Ability to perform fine grading and site work.
• Familiarity with erosion control, GPS, and grade stakes.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
