Outpatient Pediatrics

No Weekends, No Rounding

Position Highlights :

Work-Life Balance: 8am - 5pm with no weekends, no newborn nursery and no inpatient responsibilities
Desirable Practice Setting: Join a well-established pediatric practice with room to grow, part of a nonprofit community organization serving central Indiana
Ideal Work Environment: Outpatient-only clinic with manageable daily schedule, reserved same day-sick slots and a mix of well-child and acute visits.
Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call with nurse triage line answering first and routing only when needed
Culture & Support: A collaborative team of pediatricians and midlevels with 1:1 MA support

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation: $270,000 starting base, with room to grow
Additional Bonus Incentives: wRVU incentives on top of base
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Eligible for PSLF and NHSC loan repayment
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(K) with employer match, generous PTO plus 6 paid holidays, CME, and malpractice coverage

Qualifications :

Degree: MD/DO
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Licensure: Indiana License (or eligibility to obtain one)
Skillset: Passion for general pediatrics, from newborns to adolescents
Experience: All levels welcome, from new graduates to experienced physicians
