Description The DoubleTree Hotel of Tinton Falls is seeking highly motivated professionals to join our award-winning team in the position of Dishwasher. Responsibilities Ensure that clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are readily available at all times. Stocking supplies in kitchen and back storage areas Maintaining a clean and organized work area Operating dishwashing machine in accordance with kitchen safety standards Additional duties may be assigned as needed, such as food prep Comply with all hotel policies and procedures Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment Compensation and Benefits This position offers a starting rate of $15.92 per hour Part-time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's retirement plans (once qualified) Full-time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (once qualified) Requirements Job Qualifications & Skills Prior Dishwasher experience in high volume hotels or restaurants is required Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, twist, and bend Ability to lift no less than 20 pounds Understanding of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety rules #J-18808-Ljbffr Tinton Falls Lodging Realty LLC
