As part of the Clinglobal Group, we support innovation for animal health companies worldwide—from startups to industry leaders.Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician supports the Team Lead in performing routine, preventive, and reactive maintenance, as well as groundskeeping across our multi-unit, dual-site facility.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned maintenance tasks, including scheduled, preventive, and reactive workUtilize appropriate tools, equipment, and materials to complete assigned tasksInspect tools, equipment, and completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standardsSupport project timelines and contribute to team goalsFollow and promote Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standardsPractice and uphold safe working procedures when using machinery, tools, and materialsPerform basic troubleshooting and repair tasksComplete additional duties as assignedQualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentTechnical degree or associates degree in a related field preferredWillingness to learn and work as part of a teamSkills & CompetenciesTechnical Knowledge: Experience in mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or construction work preferred (training provided for candidates with foundational experience)Service Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality work and supporting team successCommunication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skillsTeamwork: Ability to collaborate and contribute to shared goalsAttention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlinesPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry 50–75 lbsAbility to work 8-hour shifts in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, noise)Ability to perform duties in physically demanding and occasionally high-stress environmentsCompensation & Benefits$19.00 – 21.00 / hourHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off with increasing accrual over timeAdditional InformationOur facility is USDA-licensed and AAALAC-accreditedApplicants must apply using a supported browser (Internet Explorer is not supported)Equal Opportunity EmployerClinvet NY is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
