This pivotal role will help drive the success and expansion of our SciPro success 2025 and beyond.Team Management & SupportLead and support a small team, providing guidance, training, goal-setting, and regular performance reviews to ensure all targets are exceeded.HiringSourcing, interviewing, and selecting talent to ensure team growth and alignment with company growth goals. Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Business DevelopmentActively engage in generating new business by identifying potential clients, pitching recruitment services, and negotiating contracts to bring in revenue for the company and roles for your team to support on.Candidate Sourcing & PlacementParticipate in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates for open roles, ensuring personal billings contribute to overall revenue.Administrative & Reporting TasksHandle administrative tasks like reporting key metrics to senior leadership, while also managing team workflows and priorities.HighlightsLead a small team of 4 or take over the entire perm division.Minimal to no billing - core focus is leadership & people development.$100–150k base + team override + $500–750k equity proceeds.Clear trajectory to brand leader, working alongside 3 VPs & 3 Divisional Leaders.Team performance YTD: $25k PPH, 36% fill rate, 51% A jobs, 50% retained.Wider LHi Group update:£50M+ revenue last year; EBITDA tracking at £13M (with £15M triggering GTM).7-figure capital raise completed recently via HSBC - cash payout for loan note holders.SciPro launching our first Embedded Talent solution project.Growth has come from internal mobility across brands and global offices.Strategic shift underway: transitioning into a Talent Solutions Business.35+ hires YTD, majority senior-level with 50/50 gender splitLHi Group and SciPro Description LHi Group is a people business.
