We’re looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our small, established family dental practice in Milford, MA . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a personal, team-oriented environment and wants to play an important role in the day-to-day success of the practice.

About Our Practice

We’re a small, patient-focused practice with a close-knit team:

• 1 Doctor
• 1 Hygienist
• 1 Dental Assistant
• 1 Office Manager
• Periodontist in the office approximately 1 day per month

Because we’re a small team, the Office Manager has a meaningful role in the practice. We’re looking for someone who is experienced, organized, dependable, comfortable taking ownership, and enjoys working closely with both patients and the clinical team.

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you'll help oversee the business and administrative side of the practice, including:

• Managing daily front-office operations
• Treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients
• Patient financial discussions and payment arrangements
• Accounts receivable (AR) management
• Insurance billing and follow-up
• Collections
• Posting payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
• Working in Eaglesoft for scheduling, treatment plans, patient records, and financial management
• Helping patients understand their treatment and financial options
• Coordinating with the doctor and clinical team to keep the day running efficiently
• Supporting the overall patient experience
• Helping maintain an organized, positive, and welcoming office environment

Insurance verification is outsourced , allowing you to focus your time on patient care, treatment coordination, office management, and collections.

What We're Looking ForRequired:

• Prior dental office management experience
• Strong experience with Eaglesoft
• Experience with dental treatment planning
• Experience managing AR and collections
• Experience with dental billing
• Strong understanding of dental office financial processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with periodontal treatment planning
• Experience working with a periodontist

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday

7:30 AM–5:30 PM

Patients are seen approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM .

No Friday hours.

Compensation

$30–$35/hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
