Property ManagerThe Caleb Group is looking for a Property Manager to join our team in Newport, Henniker and Antrim, NH. This position will be directly responsible for the day to day operations of Newport Village, Rush Square Apartments and Antrim Village, which together comprise of 130 units of affordable housing serving families, the elderly, and people with disabilities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:LeasingMarketing and waitlist managementScreening and recertifying tenantsRent collectionsEvictionsTurnovers and move-out proceduresRoutine maintenanceSupervising maintenance staffCommunication with residents and resolution of complaints and issuesHandling emergency situations as neededBudget preparationProcessing payables and receivablesInspectionsRequirementsCollege education or equivalent work experience3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experienceSection 8 and Yardi experienceValid Driver's License requiredCOS certificationHighly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven, professional leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to select and hire direct reportsAbility to make well-reasoned decisions, and to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to follow-through to meet resident, agency, and organizational needs
