Business Office Manager – Avir at Wichita Falls
(Long-Term Care Facility )
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-friendly Business Office Manager to help keep our financial world running smoothly! In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate all business office operations, supporting our Administrator while following solid, reliable accounting practices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead & Oversee Business Office Functions with confidence and organization
Prepare, Submit, Receive & Verify Reports to keep everything running like clockwork
Manage Accounts Receivable & Collections , including insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing and follow-up
Put your computer knowledge and billing know-how to work every day
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in Long-Term Care or Office Administration preferred
Someone who can relate positively with residents, families, regulators, and team members at every level
A cooperative spirit and a professional, upbeat attitude
