About the Position

Experience with interventional cases (not IR) is necessary. Experience with EP and TAVR if possible. Description: The Cath Lab Registered Nurse will provide care to patients undergoing complex cardiac procedures. This role involves working with a variety of cardiac interventions, including but not limited to Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterizations, and pacemaker/defibrillator device placement. Candidates must have experience with stents, thrombectomies, balloon angioplasty, and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI). The position requires participation in on-call shifts, which may include weekends. The daily patient census ranges from 6 to 10, with services provided to adult and geriatric populations. The nursing staff will be expected to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A background in cardiac rehabilitation and familiarity with advanced technology in the Cath Lab is preferred. Candidates will be required to float to other areas as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.
