About the Role:

Join Sematool Precision Mfg Inc as a CNC Machinist and be part of a dynamic team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you'll utilize your skills to produce high-quality precision components that meet our clients' exact specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining or related field.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with CNC programming and setup (G-code knowledge is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
