Job Title: Customer Feedback Interviewer Monthly Pay: $5,400 - $5,900 USD per month Summary: Join a fully remote, Washington-based contract role supporting marketing and customer-facing teams. You will conduct structured conversations with customers, capture verbatim feedback, and help convert survey responses into useful insight for service and product programs. Job Responsibilities: Conduct phone and online customer interviews using approved discussion guides. Ask neutral follow-up questions to clarify experiences, preferences, and concerns. Record accurate interview notes, response codes, and participant feedback in research platforms. Protect participant privacy and follow consent and confidentiality procedures. Flag recurring themes, unmet needs, and notable comments for research leads. Coordinate interview availability and confirm completed sessions with project contacts. Qualifications: Interest in market research, consumer insights, or voice-of-customer programs. Comfortable conducting structured interviews and building rapport with participants. Familiarity with surveys, questionnaires, or feedback collection is helpful. Able to follow interview scripts while recognizing useful follow-up opportunities. Clear written skills for documenting customer statements and research observations. Fully remote work within Washington. Flexible scheduling within assigned interview windows.
