Remote Regional Clinical Manager, Home Health

CenterWell

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to provide clinical supervisory support across the Northeast, primarily New York State. This remote leadership role guides clinicians, ensures patient care quality, and coordinates operations to deliver compassionate home health services.

You will review referrals, guide care planning, ensure Medicare and payer compliance, and participate in hiring, training, and performance improvement.
