1LMX Aero Plan To Perform (PLP) Value Stream Business Area Representative (VSBAR)The 1LMX Aero Plan to Perform (PLP) Value Stream Business Area Representative (VSBAR) is a hybrid role requiring both business and technical acumen to support the PLP value stream and the 1LMX Release 4 Go-Live. As part of LM's overall strategic 1LMX initiative, this position will play a significant role in evolving our capabilities and reshaping our operations.Plan to Perform Value Stream Product Teams Include:Sales and Revenue Planning (LRP) and Contract Status Reports (CSR)Forward Pricing, Indirect Budgets and Incurred Cost ClaimEstablish Program / Project StructureProgram Performance Management (PPM)Manufacturing EV (MEV)The VSBAR role includes but is not limited to the following:Leads the Plan to Perform value stream for Aero through Build/ImplementationProcess knowledge with an ability to gain an understanding of requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. of BA business processesAbility to foster cross-functional collaboration across Enterprise Performance, F&BO and IT to meet both tactical and strategic objectivesEngages with other value stream leads, subject matter experts and 1LMX program management to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolutionEmpowered to make timely lower-level decisionsDriving all Functional Specifications to finalizationTesting (Functional Unit Test, String Test, Integration Test, test script writing, organization/coordination, status tracking and defect resolution)Defining Business Process and Business RolesDefining and creating End User TrainingExecuting 1LMX Planning and Status TasksOther duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple assignments is required.Basic Qualifications:Experience with LRP, CSR, and other planning processesExperience thinking strategically and designing new processes and ways of workingProfessional written and verbal communications experienceExperience coordinating and driving projects forward with a variety of stakeholdersExperience communicating and collaborating across diverse teamsDesired Skills:Experience in financial project leadershipExperience with 1LMXGraduate of LDPExtensive knowledge of FP&A processes, data structures, systems, procedures, and requirementsEVM and Planning systems (Hyperion) knowledgeEnergized to maximize value into the way we execute future businessAbility to lead cross-functional projects with a diverse set of stakeholdersAbility to drive stakeholder engagement and supportAbility to effectively lead teams through change and foster cross-functional collaborationDetail-oriented, organizedPay Information:GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
