Warehouse Forklift Associate

ProCraft Cabinetry Chicago is looking for an energetic Warehouse Forklift Associate to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. Associates must know how to drive a forklift to build and send appropriate orders. Candidates must have experience in operating a stand-up forklift and lift 35-50 pounds item.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
• Locate products using technology.
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc., ensuring accuracy.
• Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks.
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks.
• Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Keep records of completed orders.
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.

Skills:

• Proven experience as an order picker or other warehouse position.
• Experience in handling forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Know OSHA.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good physical strength and stamina.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Dual Language is preferred (Spanish).

Compensation: $17.00 per hour (Hourly, Non-Exempt).

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
