\n \nRole Description
\n \nThis is a full-time role for a Style Advisor located in the Saks Fifth Avenue ISAIA concession. The Style Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting styling presentations, supporting other sales professionals in a team-selling culture, and maintaining stock and visual standards. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and a willingness to support others.
\n \n- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the client's entire journey, from before their arrival to after their in-store experience.
\n- Anticipate the needs, desires, and lifestyle of each client to maximize selling opportunities.
\n- Follow up and establish a loyal and engaged client base.
\n- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales and operational goals.
\n- Possess strong merchandising and visual skills, and be willing to assist in floor moves to maintain product presentation.
\n- Contribute as a team player, always willing to go above and beyond to support others.
\n- Stay up to date on all product knowledge and company policies.
\n \nQualifications

- Sales skills, including relationship building and team selling \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- A natural inclination for hospitality and serving others \n
- Knowledge of men's fashion and tailoring \n
- Ability to meet sales targets \n
- 2-3 years experience in the luxury fashion industry \n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred \n
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus \n
