Director, Workday Solutions
Intuitive Surgical
Director-level position leading Workday HR technology strategy, product roadmap, and AI-native solutions at a medical robotics company. Reports to Sr. Director of People Technology and manages embedded AI/automation across Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and related modules to enhance employee and manager experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for Workday-based HR technology solutions
- Champion AI and automation adoption within Workday to improve workflows and self-service capabilities
- Lead team of solution architects and analysts; mentor through complex technology decisions
- Establish governance frameworks for HR technology investments and manage escalations
- Drive continuous improvement using analytics, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback
Requirements
- 10+ years HR technology project implementation and technical strategy experience
- 5+ years developing and coaching technical or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related technical field
- Expertise in Workday platform across Core HCM, Total Rewards, and Talent Management
- Knowledge of AI capabilities, automation frameworks, and responsible AI governance
- Strong product strategy, business process re-engineering, and vendor management skills
