Overview

The Senior Marketing Specialist will work with the Global Generative AI Office Strategy Team to plan and coordinate regarding NTT DATA Generative AI market presence globally. This includes coordination with leadership within NTT DATA and NTT DATA, Inc. at the global and regional levels. This person will develop a general understanding of Generative AI concepts and a specific understanding of NTT DATA Generative AI activities, offerings, thought leadership, differentiators, and value proposition. This person will assist in creating a marketing strategy, implementation tactics, and programs to help the team achieve overall goals. The individual will be responsible for creating an end-to-end marketing plan that can be leveraged globally and adjusted regionally. This plan might include suggestions on what messaging and content is preferred, how information is best delivered, and through what channels. The plan might include a variety of recommendations regarding industry vertical, strategic/priority account, and net-new account approaches. This may entail cross-functional and cross-collaborative approaches. The plan might include recommendations regarding specific demand-generation campaigns. The plan also might look at how we leverage media, create press releases, interact with influencers such as analysts, engage existing and new partners, and what events or meetings we might consider. The marketing plan should help generate awareness, leads, and new sales and partner opportunities. 

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Works directly with other marketing, sales, and business leaders to generate demand.  
• Provides direction and oversight to less experienced team members.
• Interacts directly with analysts and other stakeholders.
• Interacts directly with senior leaders to review P&L and adjust marketing strategies.
• Leads cross-functional product teams.
• Inputs marketing mix recommendations into planning process based on best practices and campaign analytics.
• Integrates with regions and regional sales to ensure campaign objectives are understood and communicated, campaign milestones hit, and in-period adjustments made based on requirements and/or market shifts.
• Establishes campaign KPIs, dashboards, and communications cadence to BUs, regions, and sales on performance.
• Localizes and adapts global content and programs that achieve sales demand through print and electronic collateral, sales training, client research, and client briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ideally 12-15 years of marketing experience
• Demonstrated strategic focus.
• Excellent influencing skills.
• Cross-functional marketing experience.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in digital marketing, web, content syndication, messaging, email, overall demand generation capabilities.
• Ability to work with business leaders and subject matter experts to execute awareness and demand generation programs that drive pipeline and support business growth.
