Role:

RMSI is looking for a Business Growth Leader – Utilities, North America to lead RMSI's growth across the Electric, Gas, and Water utility sectors. The role will own market strategy, revenue growth, strategic client relationships, new business acquisition, and expansion of RMSI's service portfolio across North America. The successful candidate will be a well-established leader in the utility ecosystem, with strong industry relationships, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of building and scaling businesses.

Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Market Leadership

• Own and deliver the North America Utilities growth strategy and business targets. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across Electric, Gas, and Water utilities

• Position RMSI as a strategic partner within the North American utility ecosystem

• Develop strong value propositions and commercial models

• Provide market and competitive intelligence to shape business priorities and investments

Business Leadership

• Lead and guide the Utilities sales and business development organization in North America.

• Establish clear market priorities, account strategies, pipeline discipline, and performance expectations.

• Collaborate with Delivery, Operations, Technology, and Business teams to align market commitments with execution capability.

Strategic Client Relationships

• Build and deepen executive relationships with key utility clients and prospects.

• Drive growth within existing strategic accounts through expansion, cross-sell, and upsell.

• Lead executive-level client discussions, commercial negotiations, and strategic engagements. Solution & Capability Expansion

• Identify emerging customer needs and translate them into differentiated, scalable service offerings.

• Shape new solutions and adjacent offerings across data, digital, and technology-enabled services. • Build strategic alliances with technology providers, systems integrators, consulting firms, and other ecosystem partners

• Represent RMSI at key industry forums and executive engagements.

Skills & Qualification:

• 20+ years of experience in business leadership, sales or business development within the US/North American utility sector.

• Strong industry relationships and executive-level network across the utility ecosystem. xhyhwjd

• Proven track record of delivering significant business growth and closing large, complex deals.

• Strong understanding of the utility markets and their evolving business and technology priorities • Ability to operate effectively across business, technology, delivery, and client leadership teams
