HR Specialist (Hybrid) Reporting to the Central Division HR Business Partner, this position involves assisting in a variety of HR functions and programs, coordinating with managers on HR‑related issues, and participating in the implementation and communication of policies, benefits, and compensation projects and events. The role requires working under minimal supervision within specific guidelines on complex assignments of limited scope. Position Responsibilities Hands‑on training delivery Administration around employee relations issues HR system reporting (UKG Pro experience a plus) General HR administration Education Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or an HR certificate preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience 1–2 years of designated professional experience focusing on a broad range of human resources. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations for designated areas including COBRA, Section 125, ERISA, FMLA, disability, and/or workers’ compensation. Certification / Registration (Optional) PHR or SHRM‑CP certification preferred. Other Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of HRIS systems; UKG Pro experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with company operations and products. Ability to balance competing demands. Excellent organizational skills. Integrity and trustworthiness. Benefits Compensation and benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. Salary range: $47,641–$87,906.
